Hi, I’m Emily, and

I believe buying and selling a home should be a fun and tailored experience.

That’s why I take the time to meet you where you’re at, discover your wants and needs, and guide you every step of the way. So let’s connect, and let me take care of the scheduling, market analysis, showings, paperwork, negotiations, and contracts. Together, we’ll get you in a new home, or sell yours quickly and for top dollar.

Selling Your Home?

As a former special education teacher, turned real estate agent I know even the easy things require patience, understanding, and empathy. And selling your home can be far from easy. That’s why I spend time going over everything from timeline, schedule, market analysis, reasonable repair options to make this process as simple as possible, helping you stay on track and get top dollar for your home.

Buying Your Next (or First!) Home?

Whether you’re selling an old home and buying a new one, or taking the plunge and becoming a first time homeowner, establishing some relatively strict and reasonable criteria for wants and needs is an absolute must. With access to nearly every home online, often time agents just wait until the next Zillow link gets sent over to schedule. The problem is, many homebuyers don’t know how to sift through photos and determine if what they’re looking at is what they want. I’ve sold 100 year old homes to someone who thought they’d never want one, and homes 30 minutes away from where another homebuyer was originally looking.

No, I didn’t force or trick them.

I listened to what they needed, and delivered. The former clients wanted a house right in downtown St Charles that had solid bones but could make their own, at a certain price point. Their new home checks every box. The other was worried about a commute time to work, not realizing the area they were looking in was a traffic jammed area with houses 100k over their budget, and the area was a lot farther mile wise, but 6 minutes farther and in their price range.

The point? A great realtor takes everything you want into consideration and gets to work to make it happen.
